(KRON) – Four real estate professionals in the Bay Area were charged in a years-long mortgage fraud scheme. Tjoman Buditaslim (also identified as Joe Lim), Travis Holasek, Jose Alfonso Tellez, and Jose De Jesus Martinez were all indicted for conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, and aggravated identity theft in connection with a years-long mortgage fraud scheme, United States Attorney Ismael J. One person is dead and another was taken to the hospital in critical condition after a shooting in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Friday afternoon.Montgomery County police said the shooting happened just before 12:30 p.m. in the 18300 block of Lost Knife Circle near Lost Knife Road.When police arrived at the scene, they found two people who had been shot. One person died at the scene. Police said they did know his age.
