ST. LOUIS -- A nice day today with highs in the 80s and decreasing cloud cover. Monday and Tuesday will be hotter with highs in the low 90s. Storm chances increase Tuesday night and stay with us through the rest of the work week and into the weekend as an active pattern sets up. There will be some potential for heavy rain and severe storms through this time frame as well.

Victim in fatal south St. Louis gas station shooting identified

ST. LOUIS -- A man shot and killed at a QuikTrip gas station on Gravois at Chippewa Friday in south St. Louis has been identified. Officers found Jametric Steele, 52, with a gunshot wound to the head. He died at the scene.Investigators say the suspect was wearing a black t-shirt with orange print on it. It’s a low-carb version of a picnic classic. That’s what’s cooking, as we grab a Bite with Belkys.Ingredients:1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces (you can make this ahead of time!)3/4 cup whole Greek yogurt1/4 cup sour cream1 Tbs. Dijon mustard2 Tbs. apple cider vinegar1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley1 Tbs. chopped fresh dill4 stalks of celery, diced1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced1/3 cup dill pickles- choppedSalt and Pepper to tasteMethod of Preparation:Place the cauliflower in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil the cauliflower until it’s just fork tender. Do not overcook the cauliflower or it will get mushy when making the salad.Drain the cauliflower and cool it to room temperature.
