Trenton School Supt. Doug Mentzer said everybody makes mistakes and he has no intention of singling out who made the mistake in this sign. (Jason Alley — MediaNews Group) The sign was supposed to welcome all to Trenton High School, but when it turned out to be a “wecome” sign, the Trenton School District needed a quick do-over.It was a social media circus created by a typo in big, block letters in the Welcome to Trenton High School sign. The sign stretches the entire length of the football stands. When the sign was put up over the weekend, district officials immediately spotted the welcome was missing a little something — the block letter “L.”And then, the calls started.Related ArticlesEducation | Defense: Jury may feel San Jose State trainer deserved to be fired for touching female athletes. NEW YORK (AP) — Overstock has officially relaunched the Bed Bath & Beyond domain online Tuesday in the U.S., after acquiring the bankrupt retail chain’s intellectual property assets for $21.5 million last month. The online retailer Overstock.com said in late June that it was dumping its name online and it will become Bed & Bath & Beyond, which declared bankruptcy earlier this year. The name change was made in Canada on June 29, but at the time the Midvale, Utah-based company didn’t specify a date for the U.S. relaunch.Overstock.com’s CEO Jonathan Johnson told The Associated Press in a phone interview last week that the relaunch in Canada has “run without a hitch.” The company has added roughly 600,000 bed and bath items since its bid for the retailer became public last month, Johnson said. The company has still not made any decisions on a corporate name, he said.Johnson had said that the name change was necessary because Overstock still confuses some customers and su...Sports on TV for Wednesday, August 2

Among other incidents, protesters attacked the Swedish Embassy in Iraq and set it on fire in July. Last week, Sweden’s domestic security service warned that the security situation has worsened after the recent Quran burnings in the country and protests in the Muslim worl...Lawyer for Henrietta Lacks’ family announces settlement with Thermo Fisher Scientific over HeLa cell line
