WASHINGTON (WIVB) -- The United States Department of Justice has filed a complaint against Rite Aid, accusing the company of knowingly filling unlawful prescriptions for controlled substances. The city is in a snow emergency as the North Country and Capital Region endure 8 to 12 inches of snowfall - potentially as much as 12-to-16 - from Monday night into Wednesday morning. Several streets will be closed in Monterey Park Tuesday for a visit from President Joe Biden, who will be unveiling an executive order to reduce gun violence two months after a gunman killed 11 people in a ballroom there.
