A recent court ruling upholding the employment rights of Bay Area residents who hold a special visa for spouses of skilled foreign workers has relieved long-standing uncertainty aggravated by the pandemic and the Trump administration.Late last month, a federal court judge threw out a lawsuit that sought to strip work authorization from an estimated 90,000 visa holders. DENVER (KDVR) -- A man was accused of accidentally firing a shot that killed a woman in Denver's Montbello neighborhood Saturday afternoon.Eric Robles-Villa, 25, is being held for investigation of reckless manslaughter.Denver police said around 1 p.m., Denver 911 received a report of a shooting at a house in the 5500 block of North Abilene Street. Fire causes extensive damage, dog rescued An adult woman was found and taken to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead.Investigators learned that Robles-Villa had accidentally fired one gunshot. Wind stays light inland with a sea breeze along the coast. It’ll stay cooler there in the upper 40s. The avalanche rolled down the Armancette glacier in Contamines-Montjoie, in the Haute-Savoie region, some 30 kilometers (almost 20 miles) southwest of Chamonix.Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin provided no details in his tweet about the deaths.
