There are markets across the country where the average price of a single-family house is less than the average price of a condo, but Arlington, Virginia, is most definitely not one of them.Real estate site Point2Homes reports the median selling price for a single-family house in Arlington County is $1.132 million, compared to the median price of a condo of $415,000, a difference of 173%. BOULDER, Colo. (KDVR) — A shelter-in-place was issued for a barricaded armed person who was inside a north Boulder home for several hours. An overturned tractor-trailer on the intersection of the southbound lanes of US-27 and Interstate 75 has caused major traffic disruptions in the area. The incident occurred Tuesday morning when the vehicle, which appeared to be heading eastbound to go south on US-27, lost control and overturned due to a load shift.Weston Fire Rescue responded to the scene and treated two people in the cab of the semi-truck.
